Fuel Line Size?

Post by CAV3MAN227 »

-This might be a stupid question, as I have replaced these fuel lines in the past but, What are the sizes of the two fuel lines from the fuel filter to the manifold lines and the return line?

According to vrg3;

"The fuel hoses are 7.5mm, I believe. I have 5/16" fuel hose on my car. If you replace it be sure to use fuel injection hose and not just regular fuel hose; you need something designed to handle high pressure."

-Thanks for your quick reply. Sounds like where I messed up, getting the regular fuel line. Its starting to swell and wont stop leaking no matter how much I tighten it.
-Also the smaller line, which I think is the evap line, what size is that one?

-Well the 5/16" hose worked perfect. No more leaks. That smaller, evap hose I will just have to do later.
