This is what I'm hearing at idle when it's warmed up. Could this be due to low idle issue?

Seems way to inconsistant to be a engine knock. And also seems very hallow and plastic'y. Does it get worse with RPM's? Do you have access to a stethascope? would help pin point the noise.

Just from the short video i would guess something is hitting your timing cover. Would be worth taking the covers off and looking in there. At least the 2 side fronts.

Once those engine covers, front or rear, get oil on them they can distort and flex, maybe its touching one of your pullies? Just a guess

Yeah, I agree it sounds a bit too intermittent and would recommend taking the timing covers off.

Almost sounds like a belt slapping the timing cover... I'd almost gamble your hydraulic tensioner is either dying or loose.
