tranny fluid overflow hose???

is there a hose for the tranny fluid to overflow out of? if so is it
the one that is on the top left(facing the car) of the tranny, kinda
by the fluid check stick, and runs to the right then splits into two
hoses? if not can anyone tell me what these hoses are? i came home
from driving a bit hard and my engine started to smoke(not really
unexpected, bad camshaft/crankshaft seal, waiting for shipment) and
when i popped the hood i noticed smoke from the area of the
afformentioned hoses and it was dripping down onto the exhaust. i
really probably should have the tranny fluid changed huh? thanks
