Hey chunks-I think it`s an aftermarket kit that`s needed for that; that feature was`nt standard like later year models of other cars. Anyone know the source of that kit??? ---ROD (AZ.)

Rod, it really shouldn't be too hard to wire something up yourself. All you would need to do is tie into the normal turn signal wires, then replace the bulb and socket in the side markers with one that has two filaments if you want that style, or just keep the normal bulb setup and have it just blink. The side marker lights probably only draw 1 amp if their lucky, so I don't think you'd have any probs with blowin fuses and such.
This has run through my mind a couple times. Remove the front blinkers that are down in the front bumper, transfer the turn signals to the side markers next to the head lights and use them as my blinkers. Then I could try and route some tubing or something to the front of the car for cold air intake of some sorts. But I'll have to wait and see.
I've sorta got a mental picture of something that would probably look pretty cool in the front of the legacies. It involves doing the turn signal swap I mentioned, and fitting that mesh looking stuff in the bottom opening there. It's just a thought, but I don't think it would be too difficult, you'd just have to buy a big sheet and cut it to fit, possible put some plastic trim around the edges to keep the sharpness down.
