fit a '98 ej22 w/ tranny in '92 legacy.

Hi,

would it be a direct fit to change the engine/tranny/radiator from
a '92 N/A legacy wagon with an ej22 engine/tranny/ECU from a '98
legacy ?
Anything special to think about ?
