Middle class suburb. Nothing really stands out about it, but everything Phil said is true.

It's a really nice area. There is some areas that are pretty upscale and a lot of middle class.

It's not like Potomac or anything though.

I can't believe Chanhassen is #16. All they have is a bunch of new developments. I grew up across the river in Shakopee. We have Valleyfair, Canterbury Park, Mystic Lake, the Renaissance Festival, and so on. Plus, there isn't a freeway that runs through Chanhassen so commuting on 212 is a bitch.
