I pulled out of my driveway yesterday and was 2 minutes down the road and the CE light came on...then about 10 seconds later it went off. Sign of a larger problem or something I should ignore?

No, not really. I would be more inclined to pull the code if it stayed. I thought that maybe you or someone else would know or had ever seen something like it before. But, if you're going to treat it like that..fine be that way.

I too have the phantom CEL! It comes and goes by itself, or it can be made to leave if RPMs are raised to about 3500.
[/ghost voice] And there are no codes in memory...ooo. [/ghost voice]
I pulled the codes. If they are in chronological order; they came like this:
22 - Knock Sensor
24 - Air Control Valve
32 - O2 sensor (I guess this would be the one that caught me last night)
Now, suggestions? The light doesn't stay on all the time, these are just the stored codes.

Which one of those is the sensor that gets affected when it gets wet?
