Kelly, I know a guy that put on a four inch muffler. The same guy that had the bpm downpipe and exhaust I've mentioned before. Holy crap the thing sounded cool. Real low rumble with lots of umph. I'm not sure I like it as much as a really nice 3 inch exhaust, but then again I wasn't standing behind the car, I was sitting in it. I took it for a spin and it sounded nice from inside too, but a silencer is a definate must for trips.

GOOD TIP 4 ALL TURBO LEGACYs. everyone check ur motor mounts and tranny mounts just put new ones in and WOW what a nice improvment. it like it gave me HP not real but it feals very nice. kelley that supercharger wont fit i tryed it all i think i got to get a smaller one then i am going to try agian. what does everyone thing about NOS yes no nico will blow him self up only a little bit 4 little bottles under the seats any one. tired off all these punks wit nos that think there fast. cuz they beat me bye a foot
basically the best way to use nitrous is use a big turbo that is capable of 25-30 psi of boost. now the problem with such a big turbo is that it takes a while for it to fully spool. so if you want low end power you run a small shot of nitrous to spray from a certain rpm range. this is adjusted with your ecu.
so by the time your turbo starts to spool up the nitrous is done spraying. this is the only way I would use nitrous with forced induction. you can spray with lots of boost certain parts will not last very long. this is my humble opinion.
