so i just switched rims on a 95 legacy from 15" to 14" rims, also changed brake pads, now i get a vibration, feels almost like a wheel bearing would feel. rims fit no problem, and tires are matching size. any idea what could be causing this??

Hmm... So you think maybe it's because of the brake pads? How did the rotors look?
You torqued the lugs properly, right? Made sure the threads on the studs and nuts were clean, straight, and dry, and tightened in a star pattern to around 70 lb-ft evenly?

My wheels do the same thing because they're slightly bent from sliding into curbs sideways.

it might be the brake pads, dont know, the rotors look ok, they could use a good turn on a lathe, but i dont think theyre whats doing it. im leaning more on the tire wear on the tires, i mean, if i have 4 matching size tires, mounted and balanced, the sound wouldnt be anything getting damaged...i dont know...very odd
lugs are on perfectly, i have a nice tourqe wrench
