It's going to be very hard to find an IAC valve for a turbo in a junkyard. Most yards want to sell the engine whole and not part it out. The IAC will definitely be considered an engine component.

I've just got to say, brake parts cleaner is the best friggin cleaning product known to man. If you can't clean it with brake part cleaner, you can't clean it.
Although, I woulnd't recommend cleaning anything like your teeth with that stuff. Although theoretically it would work quite well, I'm pretty sure there'd be some negative side effects, other than the taste. Which I'd imagine would not be all that pleasant.
OK back to the post topic. Where's this bitch located? I see the pic above but that's not in an engine compartment, it's on newspaper.

Look at the intake runner for the 3rd cylinder (I think that's #3). It's the one on the passenger side closest to the firewall.
There is a bigass black hose coming off of the pre-turbo resonator.
That hose leads to the IAC valve. It sits right off of the plenum facing the passenger side strut tower. It's got an electrical connector on top of it and a hose feeding it from an angle.
