ECU replacement = Fix ?

Any one know the location of this sensor for a non turbo 91 legacy wagon L?

My 91 Legacy Wagons brake lights come on after a few minutes or more and stay on and drain battery after a few hours. I also noticed that the shifter makes a clicking sound and wont shift correctly when the brake is applied to shift from Park to Drive. Any suggestions?

I Replaced the drivers switch and all back to normal.

Yep those are the one's. I was finally able to get them loose with a Cornwell breaker bar.

Any suggestions on getting these bolts broke loose? Went through three 24" breaker bars.

Front Passenger side Power Window rolls down but does not roll up. removed power regulator and tested on rear door connection and regulator works both up and down. Swapped switches and still no luck with front connection. Could it be a wiring issue or ground somewhere?
